This was a nice coin with a nice variety for cheap so I grabbed it. There's a few similar dies that year but I'm guessing it #3. What do you think?

Nice, strong DDR - looks very promising as the others aren't nearly as bold. Though DDR-10 is close.

edit: after a second look, I think it might be #10 since the O of ONE on yours is oblong such as #10 is too and, the E [and the first U] of EPU on yours seems to be thicker than just medium thickness.

DDR-003 is one that I just got back from ANACS. The original post has been updated with a pic of the slab and one more die marker. If your coin doesn't have that bit inside the A of STATES it will be pretty hard to call DDR-003 as yours looks fairly early die stage.
