I would say it is post mint damage. The metal doesn't lip up at the edges and flow out like you see here if a coin is struck around an object. Rule of thumb is if you can image how you could do it in your garage and make it look identical, it probably is damage.

Post mint damage ( PMD). It did not leave the mint looking like that.

Yeah that's just damage after the coin left the mint. As previously mentioned it is referred to as PMD...post minting damage.
