The metal surface on the cheek and other skin areas looks rather lumpy, and I can't quite figure out why, - I would like to see other comments.

Eagle face shows up rather well to suggest a better than average strike.

MS-64.

Since the 1964 90% silver Kennedys were hoarded, they rarely, if ever, saw any circulation, thus most commonly turn up in MS grades.
Although I am in Australia, I have about 10 or so '64 90% Kennedy halves, all obtained at bullion value.

Heritage states that a '64 Kennedy accented hair ultra cameo proof PF-68 fetched nearly $20,000, only two better at PF-69.

AU-58 or MS-63 . Railroad track hits on shield and a nasty hit on tail feathers . There is at least 3 spots of dirt or toning on reverse . If I had to pick one it would be brown toning setting in.
