Barber Coin Collectors Society Survey listing mentions an S rpm west for the 1900 but no photos of their example. No mention of a 1900 S rpm in the CPG or Flynn's Authoritative Reference first edition either.
Anyone have or seen an example? In hand mintmark shows bserifs on each end with a thin outline showing on top of first punching characteristic of a tight minor RPM. Thanks.

The S kinda looks like it just has had some metal movement on the serifs. Just throwing it out there for discussion.....

There's an image of S/S identified by Lawrence as 101 in his 1994 book. I can't tell if yours is really an RPM or just damage. It looks like it took a hit in upper right.

Yes agree depending on how I rotate the coin my opinion varies from well placed ding to very faint repunching. Without a higher grade example its inconclusive. Thanks.
