I didn't think it was anything significant. I know the Philadelphia mint doesn't put out the best quality of coins but got it in some change and thought it had a pretty good strike
The shiny ring created by some sort of machinery aside, that's a nice strike found in the wild. I've noticed quite a few near mint coins dating back into the 70's making their way into circulation. Due to the coin shortage brought on by COVID in some way?
I'd keep it. Then again, I'm a hoarder.
