Other items being offered, including: 1962 D Coper Proof Cent. Yes, it's the ultra rare Coper variety, and from the Denver mint no less.

LOL, maybe it's just poor lighting. Photographers always say that lighting is the key (though this seller might have focusing issues too).

I get it, but still, a lot of ebay-ers like to enlarge and oversharpen their pics in Photoshop thinking it will make them "pop" -- which does nothing but bring out the flaws amd make those flaws way more scary than they actually are. On one hand, it's good to know that you'd be getting a dime that looks like a hundred cars ran it over. On the other hand, things might not be as horrible as they seem.

For someone looking to fill in a spot in an old album full of nothing more than lowest-grade Good circulateds, this might be a bargain. Just filling an old album outright might be a bucket lister forsome folks.

A quick check of ebay for 1920 wheat cents is showing way lower prices for what appear to be legit coins. So, if someone wanted a hole filler (costing $1-$2), the lower priced option is much more attractive than $46.
