I'll say VF-20 details (rim damage).

A weak struck VF-25, maybe even VF-30, but definitely Details due to rim damage.

Is this yours? Or possible purchase?

It's a recent auction purchase, and I actually just put it back up for sale. There's a rim Cud above STATES on the reverse, and I'm not convinced the other few rim bumps would detail it. I'm more concerned about the small gouge above the hair ribbons. Might still be a details coin, but I like the originality.

Best of luck with the sale! I'd actually be less concerned with the gouge. Even with the mentioned issues, it's a nice example! Would fit well in an album.
