Found this with my Mothers belongings. I am not a collector. Would appreciate any information about this coin.

Looks like a trick coin or something for magic. Seems like the image would fit right if that smaller cut circle was rotated a little.

Someone has carefully cut out part of the coin and reinserted it on an angle. It would be classed as PMD ( Post Minting Damage)
No extra value unless someone wanted it as a novelty coin.
Still neat to keep to show your friends.

to CCF. It is a Roosevelt dime not a Liberty dime. It is PMD not an error.
