From what I read there was only two dozen special mint set sold I just don't have any money to grade them

to CCF. You are talking about the SMS sets and they are very rare. You need to post photos of what you have so we can take a look. Chances are you have the regular mint sets. If you have the rare set you need to contact some place like Heritage Auction house and if you have the regular set the ebay is your best bet.

Looks like I got your other post all wrong . I thought you meant rolls of 1964 Pennies & Nickels .
