Help!-1970-S-Penny-Missing-Letters something strange is under the "in god" also that I can't identify...can someone help put a name to this chaos? It kinda looks like "states" backwards maybe?

Looks like you have s small amount of grease on the devices not showing. Not a premium until a very large percentage of the devices are missing:

@retain, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with a little grease in the die during striking, but there is plenty of circulation wear that makes it tough to see what might just be due to the surface being banged up a bit. I suspect that is what you are seeing below IGWT.
