A few months ago I posted a Russian slabbed half-ruble from 1926 with the amazing blacksmith design. Now I am proud of my recent acquisition of the ruble with the laborers and the rising/setting sun. While I tried to find good specimens of both in Kazakhstan (the USSR country where I work now) flea markets and shops alike, I was underwhelmed. I ordered the half-ruble from Moscow and I found this ruble in USA. What do you think NGC called this beauty?

Thanks! I think this one has surfaces that are generally much cleaner than MS(63) coins I have, including the 1926 half ruble that accompanies this one. I also love the toning. This being said, maybe the rim dings and a few marks my lackluster photographs failed to highlight held it back. This coin is a treasure for me, though, and a half quality example of a beautiful (propagandistic) design.

Grade aside, a beautiful example.
