I have my collection categorized in 2 excel sheets (one for Proof, Mint, and otherwise Uncirculated coins and one for the circulated coins).

I would like to share my excel sheets with you all (if I'm allowed) the get advice on my collection so far and what direction I should go in for future collecting.

(Can I upload .xml sheets? If so How? If not, nevermind)

I use note manage by the company that MOS posted. I can only speak about note manage, but it's a good software for tracking the notes, if the coin manage works the same it should be good. Note manage is quirky and sometimes buggy, so just be warned, I don't have coin manage but I would be surprised if it's not the same.

About sharing, this is a public forum, I know we post our coins but I wouldn't want to list everything I own on here. Just my 2 cents, considering that you have a 1995 W ASE, I think you have a good idea how to collect

I don't use software.
But I DO have a photographic record of all coins of significant value, which includes the written information as below.
Instead,
every coin in my collection is in a 2x2, and fully written up in an easy to read 'shorthand', includes-
- when and how much bought for, plus reference to purchase paperwork when relevant,
- short description on obverse and obverse including grade on the cardboard,
- reference to catalog identification where necessary.

If I shift the coin to a different part of the collection, all of the relevant information moves with the coin.
If I kick the bucket, my kids can dispose of each coin conveniently by whatever sale method they choose.
If my collection is sold via public numismatic auction, easy peasy for the auction cataloguer. Any software that I may have used, not of much use to the auctioneer.

No, sorry. You would have to host them on a cloud service and then post the links. Keep in mind we restrict link posting by new members.
