Nice one @sam. I'm pretty sure that it is CU-25c-2005P-01R(WV) Stage B as there is a Retained Cud just starting to form over by the word NEW. Here is a link to the cud-on-coins page so that you can do more research on it:

Thanks guys! I actually had found a nearly identical one about a year ago, and I was sure it was the same die until I looked a bit more closely and noticed the location of the Cud was ever so slightly lower on this one (which wouldn't normally mean it couldn't be the same except that this one is also ever so slightly larger, meaning it would have to be a later die state, and the other Cud should be a subset of this Cud, which it is not). Here's a picture of that coin. (sorry for the lousy photos, my current phone's camera is a little messed up, and this picture was taken on my old junky phone).
