2004 DDR Or Lathe Lines

This 2004 looks to be a DDR but had a similar coin several years ago and consensus was that it was lathe lines. It is difficult to capture on pictures but is much more pronounced in hand. Line runs on both sided of Lincoln starting at shoulders going around arms and ending at legs.
