I have an example of the coin discussed above. The PCGS Coin Facts app gives two widely differing values for this coin, with no discussion of exactly what the difference is /what accounts for the listed difference in value.

The app gives a value of both $360.00 and $11.00 for this coin, with no discussion of why certain examples appear to command a significant premium.

This is a type I pattern/example (thick "T" on reverse)

PR-68 is for the proof strike of the coin. The pricing you see is for MS-68, the uncirculated strike of the silver coin. MS-68 is quite uncommon for this coin and the price reflects it.
