Hello! Could you please help me identifying these coins?
Also, could you please guide me and let me know where I can find them myself in the future?

The first one is Constantius II, type FEL TEMP REPARATIO. It is difficult to be more specific regarding mint. Here are a number of hits on OCRE, Online Coins of the Roman Empire: http://numismatics.org/ocre/results...en&start=200

The second one is Constantine I or II or Constantius II, type GLORIA EXERCITVS. Even more difficult to nail this one down more precisely, a number of OCRE hits here: http://numismatics.org/ocre/results...ITVS&lang=en

As you might have guessed, I use OCRE . It has useful search functions. Other useful sites are Wildwinds: https://www.wildwinds.com/ and specifically for Roman bronzes: http://www.tesorillo.com/aes/home.htm

There is a gamma in the left field of obverse and a fairly clear A in the mintmark for the Constantius II coin, which looks like Alexandria, but might be Antioch.

The two soldiers is Constantine I. You can base this on the diadem. The casears are laureate while Constantine is diademed. The exception (there's always an exception!) is Cyzicus 82 for Constantine II which is listed as rosette-diademed, though the footnote describes this type as actually pearls and rosettes and they claim end rosette is discernible. So, that means laurel rosette diademed (like this coin) is always Constantine I. Mints a mess, so I'd guess Thess
