There is a gamma in the left field of obverse and a fairly clear A in the mintmark for the Constantius II coin, which looks like Alexandria, but might be Antioch.
The two soldiers is Constantine I. You can base this on the diadem. The casears are laureate while Constantine is diademed. The exception (there's always an exception!) is Cyzicus 82 for Constantine II which is listed as rosette-diademed, though the footnote describes this type as actually pearls and rosettes and they claim end rosette is discernible. So, that means laurel rosette diademed (like this coin) is always Constantine I. Mints a mess, so I'd guess Thess
