The IHC here is at best in Good Condition, yet the PUPs on the 9 and 4 are there, even with the wear.

Please take a look, is this a correct assesment in your estimation based on the photo?

If so, how can you value tough varieties in the G grade, Snows book is all MS grading for values of this variety.

Its tough to value many of the RPDs in the IHC series. Most of the common dates can have upwards of 70 different varieties. The varieties that command markups in price are very well known and widely collected. I can't say for sure, but I cannot imagine this would make the coin worth more than $5 in this condition.

I'm having trouble seeing the repunching of the 4 on your coin. BUT the repunching of the 9 and the date location looks good. Neat find!
