Amazing how ebay has those "exceptions, exclusions, disclaimers" and 'gotchas' on stuff like coins when it comes to promotions.

I'm amazed we still earn, and can use, ebay Bucks on coin purchases!

I remember the good old days when you could still use ebay giftcards for coin purchases. They put the kaotis on that pretty quick!
