That planchet "crack" might be the start of a lamination, but everything else looks like PMD to me.

Suggestion of a lamination issue, the remainder is post strike damage and circulation wear.

Definitely the start of a LAM. But all the PMD removes anything but copper value from the coin.

I agree with everybody else, but id grade it at highest a VF-30 with PMD and a start of a lamination.
