I do not think this is very rare but looks like a nice example and I like coins with the seeing Eye
To me its UK aEF or EF and US AU-58 or Maybe 55
Just curious everyone's thought's

Hi! Very interesting looking coin!

I would say XF45. There are some details missing, for example in the lower part of the hair or the ear and this could lower the grade of the coin. Just my opinion!
