Some have Lincoln smoking a pipe, some have zodiac signs, different U.S. state outlines, "I Love You" within a heart, a profile of J.F.K. facing Lincoln. Then there are coins that someone has punched different shaped holes through, such as a heart, cross, shamrock, etc. One could probably assemble a pretty interesting collection of after-mint alterations. There are hundreds of different ones and some people collect them, paying 50 cents to a few dollars for them. Report this Post to the Staff
