Was needing to find out if this is a error from mint mark stamp or just wear and tear

Mintmark is affected by die wear and circulation flattening. (Possible broken post on the center. Image is a bit small, but I think that is what I see there)

I'm seeing a good degree of circulation wear (plus circulation flattening), along with some staining.

Looks like the left side of the mintmark took a hit and with the broken post, it looks a bit like a 'T'. But just a coin struck with a die event issue and circulation and age catching up with it. 38 years old now.
