Just curious. Column 7. Is it a strike through plus second hit in the same spot?
If it is a strike through (could) it be the reason for the crack?
Sorry about last 2 pictures sideways. I tried a lot of times to straighten.

This appears to be similar to the striations BadThad posted about recently. Take a look and see what you think.

The column is damage. The lines are die scratches from being polished

Contact mark from another coin. (No premium for damage, just a face value coin now)

Sorry but still wondering. The crack running from column 7 down to rim through E of CENT. The part where arrows are pointing. Is it a strike through?
It looks pretty (deep/different?) to be caused by another coin? (maybe?)
Looks like another small damaged spot above it.

As always Thank you for looking and comments. RobO

The crack is just that, a die crack. The part on the column is damage. It took a hit, theres no telling what it came from. Its not anything significant. Its a small hit on a column. Not a strike through
