Nice mint mark. In relation to the other letters and numbers on a Wheat cent, that 'o' or '0' seems reeeally small.

The o could just be a stain you can similar ones on both sides. Great RPM

Great RPM. The "o" has toning around it that makes it likely to be a chemical or organic drop of something. Plus, which letter from a penny would fill with grease and then fall into the press to create that?
