This came in a lot I purchased and I cannot figure out what it is. It's about 28mm and very thin. The design is only on one side.

@dar, that looks like a 12th Century uniface Bracteate of Otto I of the Margraviate of Brandenburg. Here is a link to the numista site with more information:
