Does this coin appear authentic? These are not my area of expertise. I'm trying to learn. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To my eyes, it looks genuine to me, but the person who graded it to me was a wee bit too high on the grading of it. I would grade it around AU or so. So still a nice coin.

Be very careful! This is the biggest scam in Russia right now. I was recently watching Moscow 24 News on youtube and they did a investigation on large number of shysters doing business in fake coins/coin scams. They specialize in Russian imperial coins. Moscow is swamped with them and they are not silver.
This is in Russian, but you can see for yourself!

That ebay seller is selling thousand dollar coins for a song along with ancient rings, medals, all commonly faked items in that market and has a nice pretty picture as her seller icon. "She's" been a seller since September 2020!
It all screams scam. I'd stay away.

ebay is full of sellers from this part of the world with fake thaler sized (and other large silver) coins. Some of them admit in the listing that it is not an original coin, but not this one.
Low feedback and a high proportion of these types in their stock is definitely a red flag.
