I'd say EF40 but I'd wonder about environmental damage on the obverse. Unless it's just weird toning.

According to coinsandcanada.com site, this appears to be the small 2 variety.

Leveril - those marks are fingerprints that left body oil that tarnished the silver. That's why people wear cotton gloves when handling many old artifacts.
