The bright shiny one appears to be polished which would produce that unnaturally shiny appearance, especially on what is a circulated coin, hence the level of wear.
From what I can tell, aside from the 1923, your grades appear accurate for remaining surface details, but each of these coins looks like a details coin from me. The 1922 and 1927 seem unnaturally flat, also perhaps a result of dipping, the speckling looks like it could be environmental damage, and the 1924 also looks like ED.
My assumptions here are based on the photos, it is possible that lack of luster is a photo issue and not a coin issue.
