I agree with it being 63 based on just seeing the obverse. If the reverse looks about the same (or worse) it might get lowered to 62.
Typically, the reverse on most Morgan dollars do not show the chatter marks like the obverse does.
Those marks on the obverse, with most being in prime focal areas of the face, neck and fields, will hold this coin back from being a higher grade.
Bottom line it is still a nice 120+ year old coin most of us would be happy to own!
