Hi I'm new on here, so sorry I've posted wrong.
I do Collect coins old and new and wasleft coins from mylate father. Can't quite find if it is a coin or just decorative coin, so advice would be great. Thank you

Correct, it's not a coin. It's a reproduction of a "Penez". They were mass produced until a decade ago for decorative costumes mostly worn during "Kina" which is more or less a conservative Hen party before marriage.
