Hey guys I'm still learning so much and I'm just curious your thoughts on these two 2009 Lincoln cents I'm wondering if this color toning is a mint error or just a damaged coin I'm just not sure I am an artist and to me this coin if it had ink on it it would ha e been on both sides not just one , idk lmk what you guys think it it worth grading at PCGS ?

Looks like a staining with something. Something altered the color. Ink, magic marker, rifle bluing or it could be something that came in contact with the coin. With it in a line, makes me think a finger smear? Not a plus for the coin.

Environmental toning/staining/tarnishing. Worth getting graded? Numismaticly, no, not worth it, the value isn't there, sorry.
