2008 LMC shows norm signs of circulation but also shows signs of variety either ddr-o1 or 3 early stages looks as it has more of a S mint look but yeah I'm still learning. and also no wavy steps. Let me know what you think.Thx

Based on the pictures, very light circulation. I've seen worse memorials graded mint state by the TPG's, high probability this would as well unless the pictures are lying.

Does it have a mirror finish?

Move to a white background, change the light a little and give us some more pictures.

My guess is the top right is probably the most representative picture. You are SO CLOSE to being able to take a great picture, I think it's your lighting that's holding you back - it's very diffuse. To properly show luster, you need direct light, not too strong, not too weak. I've found desk lamps with a flexible neck works great. This is what I have:

The picture that brings out every spot is deceiving, I'm sure the coin looks nothing like this based on the other pics. Those light water spots don't hurt the grade much. I'm bumping my grade to 65+, the hit in the obverse left field is the worst thing I can see.

64 RD for me, but I may be too harsh. What concerns me is all those Zincoln spots and a few rim nicks. Am I too concerned about them, enough so to back off from a 65?

Stay well,
