Quite a pile-up. So these are stuck to each other? Try soaking in acetone.

to CCF. If you are asking if it is a mint error it is not. It is PMD. Kinda looks like they were in a fire.

they are very much welded together there's pieces like thirds of regular nickels stuck on it almost looks like maybe they were in the process of destroying said coins and somebody pulled these out
