1964 SMS Lincoln Cent. This Coin Appears To Have Some Of The Die Markers

I was hoping for some opinions. I attempted to match this coin with the examples on Heritage but it's difficult to get an idea of what a satin finish is without video. Here's some photos. I took a few with a scope. The reverse appears to show lathe lines on the steps and a marker line under the A in STATES. Please let me know your opinions. Thank you so much.

Markers for obverse. Note this is one of the 50/100 coins struck. So the die is showing no wear at this point. Just some slight preparation die scratches:
