I was interested in knowing if anyone has consigned with the Canadian Numismatic Company and if they were happy with the experience ?

@cownick, while you are waiting for folks to weigh in with their own personal experiences, you might use the CCF search functionality for finding prior threads mentioning this company. I can see quite a few discussions in the files.

I have consigned. They're pretty friendly guys and easy to deal with. They do tend to ignore requests for what you'd like the starting bid on your item to be, unless they agree with it.
Feel free to call me Will.

They have been generating very robust bidding for me on a number of items recently.

I wonder if uncirculated ungraded notes would do very well.

In the few times I have interacted with them, I have been quite happy....friendly, responsive and very good customer service. Refreshing to deal with a company that actually answers the phone in this day of self serve.

I've both consigned and bought with them before, pleasant to do business with.

Cownick, I had a few high grade notes to sell and I sent them out to get certified before I submitted. It is not so easy to evaluate high grade notes from photos and values can fluctuate a lot with small grade differences. If your notes are sub 60 maybe photos are good enough for ungraded notes. But if they are above that I would say you run the risk of people paying less than they should because of the grade risk.
