Wow, those Silver dimes are tough to find. I had a nice mixed batch of dimes too, some of the rolls looked old.

Does anyone know if Canadian banks process and keep Dimes and Quarters for the Silver content?

Anyways, I found a 1867-1967 anniversary type Dime with a Mackerel fish on it. Ive never seen one of these, its pretty cool!

You're lucky to even find a 1967 dime in rolls, if I were you I'd stick to cent and nickel rolls, for finding some older coins.

And, no, I don't think the banks keep any that are silver.

One in twenty rolls is about what I average for hand rolls of dimes. I have been searching dime rolls for a few months and have pulled about 100 silver including 20 "mercury". I even pulled a 2005 silver the other day so they are out there to be found.

I've got over $150 in change in bags now... now I have to roll them all up and send them back to the bank. haha!

Are there any dimes that are collectable other than the Silver ones?

I pulled 3 silver and a roll of 1965-67 dimes from 56 rolls this weekend.
