Horizontal & Parallel Gouges On Quarters

custodian2009 New Member United States 13 Posts	Posted 02/15/2021 12:52 pm started collecting ATB Quarters noticed that some of them have horizontal gouges on the either side on coin. they are a pair or three together. sometimes paired and located apart by different set.
