I went back to my 2 light set up lol couldnt find filter to but meh, anyway I feel it ha a nice tone appeal wat you guys think?

Pretty decent photos. Looks like MS63+ to me--obverse nicks and gashes (jaw, cheek, chin), rash of light shoulder tics. Reverse has a what appears to be a scratch above C and a hit at A (last A in AMERICA). Nice coin, nice color. Great hole filler.

I agree that no higher than 63 due to nicks/gashes. I, too, am wondering if we see enough in the photos to say MS anything. I noticed the steps on the reverse are not very well defined as in other MS or PF graded coins. It might be the lighting, but are blurred steps a concern?
