This is a 1980 D cent with a glob of copper in the forehead. Is it damage to the die? What do you think?

Way too small for a die break. Probably a tiny piece of the die flecked off and so just a die chip.

With mark to the left of it, I wonder if this is contact damage on that area? Is is incuse? If so then it might be damage to the coin. Note the color looks different than the rest of the coin?
