I was able to locate only One similar listing on V.V.but it does not show a lower curve of the secondary MM within the primary one like it shows in mine.I'm wondering if it is the same MM in EDS or a new one or none of the above?

To me it looks like Machine Doubling. heck the top of the building to see it that area is showing the same thing in the same direction. A RPM would be raised. This looks like slide doubling from the image. Also why would they repunch it? The location is acceptable. They usually punch once, then if it is acceptable, then continue on with the same punch area. It is often when the location is not acceptable that they relocate.

Thanks coop, just wanted to clarify if it would be helpful, the curved impression is not flat, it is all raised, that was my main reason for asking being RPM,otherwise I wouldn't have. The surfaces are quite reflective and difficult to shoot without glaring out the area.
This image shows part of the raised area to the left better.

coop,I ended up taking the old scope out and tried taking a couple of close ups to show the raised arch, what do you think?
