Looks like coin scratches. These are often mistaken as they look raised, but they are not. The scratch leaves a trench and the missing metal rises on each side. Looking like it is raised. It shows there as two raised sides. Just like pushed snow. A die crack shows a single line because of the crack in the die. So it is just damage. Also a die crack is usually a single event, not a bunch on an area. Hope this helps. I'm adding this on my phone so excuse my mispelling.
