Anyone have any info on this coin?
Front looks like it's been "brushed".
The back has several things that jump out as not normal.
Hard to get good pics.
no mint mark, looks like there's other letting down by ONE CENT, pretty toning in pinks on left side of back (&right). Appears to have other letters in several places on the back & possibly front.
No designer initials on either side.

What is the weight? If the weight is over 3.11 grams, it might have been painted/coated with something that left brush lines? If under weight the surfaces may have been altered. Either way it looks altered.
