The Clad Proof set has been moved up to March 3rd if my new information is correct.

Last year I only bought a mint set and that was even through my dealer...I just can't see why I should buy from the mint when their prices are like they are--guess I'll do the same this year.
I should haev gotten proof sets too but you know me...I never buy anything that will one day go up in value...watch for the 1908-S IHC to fall in value...they will find a hoard or something

There are advantages with buying from the mint, and from dealers. The Mint usually saves you a few dollars. Buying from a dealer allows you the opportunity to pick and choose. With a sure to spike series, the Mint is certainly the way to go.

Well...I bought mine sealed from the dealer but after about 2 months I opened the box...the year before I bought about 5 from the mint and still have 2 sealed in the box.

While there are certain advantages to having sealed sets, I would not suggest it. The market is too hot to not sneak a peak.
