I've seen a number of coins with these below-the-bust die dents, but this one seems to be quite strong and early after the die got dinged up.

Nice example.
Looks like someone dropped something on the working die.
There has to be others out there the same, it's just finding them.

I was looking at PCGS for listing for this, and didn't see one. There was one example similar, but I feel they are die dents on that example:
