Looks like an ordinary Penny with a gouge .
Philadelphia mint ...no mint Mark , that I see .

That mark does look like a Mint mark but is not for sure.

Too low low for a mintmark for that year. There were higher towards the date than that then. With the condition of the coin, it doesn't really matter now.
