This the obverse of a 1999D LMC. Please help me identify the oddities on this coin. Are these considered as wavy steps? Are those die breaks on the steps? Looks like a double headed Lincoln with the left arm thick as well as both knees. A die chip between the knees? Are those die breaks on the last column? Please give your inputs. Thanks
junjie

You're looking WAY too hard to make something of it. This just looks like a normal coin. It's definitely not wavy steps, and if what you're pointing to are die cracks or die chips, they are way too small to be of any consequence at all.
Back the magnification down a few notches and don't study everything on the coin so hard. You'll make it through a lot more coins more quickly, and you'll probably stumble upon something nice in the process.

Even though this coin is considered normal I think that your photos are very good, what are you using to take the pictures?

Thanks for the advise coppercoins. Yes I go over each coin with a fine-tooth-comb. You see it is not everyday that I can get these coins. My sources are relatives and friends who visit your country and it's not to often they do it. At most they can bring me $10 worth of LMCs and often enough it will take from 2 to 3 MONTHS before I can have another bunch. I spend around 5 minutes per coin and the small inventory I have, have been gone- over 3 to 5 times. I love collecting LMCs and whatever oddities/errors I find in them no matter how insignificant I keep it. I call them "My Backstreet Coins". I do collect world wide coins only if I chance upon them and they appeal to me and within my budget. I have not made any significant investment on any coin and the only real investment made on this hobby is when I bought recently my second morgan for $25 which is the highest I ever paid for a coin. But my real love really is for the LMCs.
Thanks too John1. I am using a Digital Blue QX5 and it comes under $90.00
Cheers
