Jdee76fried New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 03/03/2021 2:38 pm Well it looks as if it was stamped again possibly there's indenting below the top of the big let's as shown in the pictures and the R above the head is not normal. But mostly the bottom of the word DIME and bottom of the word STATES. Also the E and R in liberty. R being the most obvious. Maybe this is common but in all the other examples the one found on this coin seems different? Report this Post to the Staff
mrwhatisit Pillar of the Community United States 2954 Posts	Posted 03/03/2021 6:11 pm It to me looks like a good example of Die Deterioration or Machine Doubling. 1941-P dimes are common, and this AU-50 or so in grading could be worth around 3 to 4 dollars. Report this Post to the Staff
