Well it looks as if it was stamped again possibly there's indenting below the top of the big let's as shown in the pictures and the R above the head is not normal. But mostly the bottom of the word DIME and bottom of the word STATES. Also the E and R in liberty. R being the most obvious. Maybe this is common but in all the other examples the one found on this coin seems different?

It to me looks like a good example of Die Deterioration or Machine Doubling. 1941-P dimes are common, and this AU-50 or so in grading could be worth around 3 to 4 dollars.

This is normal die wear, circulation wear. Need to take full image of the obverse, but giving what's provided, I'd say its around Extra Fine grade.

Looks like a clash by the Y of LIBERTY and "maybe" a die crack running through the R?
The reverse letters seem to show Die Deterioration or MD.
