This is one of the most common runs of star notes unfortunately.

This is the site you can look up your Star notes to see how rare the serial number runs are. But still I save all the star notes I run across except for the $50 & $100 notes they are too much money to tie up, I get them fairly often and after a quick check at the above website if not rare, they are spent. I've found a few tough ones mostly $1 and a $10 dollar note.

Yeah I know but the serial # rates a
99.21% on the Fancy Serial # site, which is very good, then coupled with the fact its a star note, should mean even more I would think...

The Coolness factor or Coolness index, (whatever they call it) doesn't always translate to a collectible serial number. Collectors like Solids, and Radars, and Repeaters, and Ladders, and Low/High numbers. You will never see Coolness used as an auction description anywhere other than ebay, where descriptions are written by the sellers. The note has an interesting serial number, and it's a star, so if you like it, keep it. The Coolness % is very misleading.
