2017A $20 Bill With A Faint Image Of President Jackson

Hello everyone. I'm very new as a collector. A 2017A $20 Bill with a faint image of president Jackson in the blank space to the right of the portrait have one eye closed. When compared with multiples $20 bill, I realized that the faint image of president Jackson both eyes are open. Is this rare or part of the production of 2017A production? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to CCF. Small variations in the watermark are kind of expected and not looked upon as errors. Now, if the watermark was completely missing or if the watermark was the wrong person, that would be monumental.
