The 82 D is a large date worth face value. It is the 1982 D small date copper that you want to find. As far as the 92, which is which? Please take clear pics of both the obverse and reverse and the AM as well as the designers initials at the bottom right of the memorial on the 1992 P please.

Your 82-D is plated that's why it's silver and slightly overweight. As far as the 92-D goes, can't tell anything from one reverse picture.

The last images showing the AMs, a both normal. Both are Wide AM's.

Both are normal coins. The Large date copper are common. It is the small date Denver copper that is the rare one.
Large dates have the '2' when held upside down, that looks like a '7':

Your first photo was a silver plated large date 82-D cent with what looks like lipstick on it (bottom). And you're confusing things by looking for aa close WAM with it... it only has a Wide AM available.
